Somehow I remember being “West” of some Grove in PA…was it “Peach Grove”, or Apple Grove…maybe even Whiskey Grove…all I remember were Dave’s “Upside Down” muffins, and a young fellow who’s name was Z. He seemed like a decent chap…and Ken’s railroad was rather nice… Last time I was there, the rebuild had started, and was looking like a great improvement…and now…egads it looks GREAT…I wish I could be there.

My best guess would be saturday. There are a couple people just coming up for the day, And I’m assuming one is Pete since he’s are driving up from the Annapolis MD area and Noel Crawford who’s coming up from Elkton.

Just booked a room. I had to choose between this and East Coast, and Ken’s won. I’d rather play trains then spend money on stuff I don’t need (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
Due to my procrastination and the fact that we need a pet friendly hotel I ended up just north of Wilmington - About a half hour away. Just hope that Ken doesn’t mind our new pup Shadow making an appearance.

We are at the Quality Inn (hope they live up to their name). It’s really hard to find hotels that have good ratings and also take pets. And since we don’t trust her alone outside the crate (yet), leaving her home with a sitter to drop by a few times a day isn’t a good option.
Fortunately, we have a next door neighbor that spoils the hell out of ours and would keep him for us if we’re away any length of time, if he’s not watching one of the CPL dogs at the time.
