Hanrahan Reefer

Of course, I might choose to use a clear background…but that’s just me.

hah… thats printed on the inkjet, until I find my printer cable for the ALPS

I thought you found that cable?

I guess now I need to find out what happened to 201-211?

Probably sittin on some siding somewhere…

No, I found the wrong cable the other day, actually. Still digging for the right one.

200-209 are single door 40 foot, 210-219 are double door 40 foot. What are your 30 footer numbers, Bart says he’s gonna make one, too!

Found the cable! Printer is acting, well, cranky. Time to figure out what’s going on…

Grr… what worked fine on a Win98 and Win2k box does NOT work on an XP box.

VMWare to the rescue?

Possibly. I need to dig up my Win98 CD, and see if I have space on the work VMWare box…

Success!

Nice!! I guess we have to wait till the ECLSTS to see it close up and personal, huh?

Yup! At least this year I’ve built some rolling stock, instead of dragging out my old stuff!

That is huge! It’s bigger than some of my locomotives!

A definite prize winner!

Thanks. A few more bits and bobs, and it’ll be done.

Nice job Bob. Can we get a close up of the Hanrahan decal so it can be read ?

EDIT: No Need - found a nice shot of one on Barry Boggs website along with a description of the prototype for those that aren’t familiar… http://cumberlandmodelengineering.com/BogsFreightCars.html

I can do better than that. Here’s a JPG of the artwork I made for the decals:
