I will have to say that the new Sierra sound system is a great improvement over past ones. This one sounds pretty good. Normally I don’t like their sounds.
Its not a Sierra, a Tsunami.
Whether you call it Sierra, Sound Traxx or Tsunami it’s all the same company…(it’s NOT Phoenix) and I have always thought their sound systems sucked in the past.
I see you qualified your statement “in the past”. The Tsunami is greatly improved over their previous offerings. (It should be, since it’s taken several years to come out).

The bell seemed ok to me. I didn’t notice anything unusual about it. I do have to say that there was background noise that made things difficult at times. I did think the whole locomotive sounded somewhat tinny but figure that could be the mike and playback…not the sound system itself.
