found this on eBay, claiming to be Kalamazoo but has 6 drivers, plus different domes and the boiler hand rail is different, seller doesn’t have any other pictures so there is no telling where it came from, neat looking engine though

That center set of blind drivers looks a wee bit tight.

Wonder if it may be some kind of kitbash of their 0-4-0 with cab and domes from one version of the 4-4-0. I can imagine the blind driver’s center being a flathead screw securing a thinned driver to the frame and spaced out so the actual drive wheel flanges pass behind it.
