Smoking a whole brisket on Friday for Saturday. Also making green chili cheese grits. Not sure what else. And apple cobbler. Need to find a decent non-mayonnaise based slaw recipe to go with it. The grits should provide plenty of creaminess to the menu. Now I need something clean and tangy.
