Well, those of you that have been following the issue on the AC site and others, know the “fix” is lockiting the screws to keep the drivers on tapered axles tight.

Just finished a conversion, found rear drivers on lead engine loose, right rear you could just roll around the axle.
Screw tight, star lock washer, and the dang screw was locktitied, no less.

Had to locktite the wheel to the axle, both sides, and set quartering.

The fix is apparently not the fix.
