Small Stone/Brick structure

As some of you know I like using Precision Board in making structures. I wanted to try a unique design

in creating a stone look. I am making a small business structure that looks to be made originally out of

stone with a small entryway added later in time made from brick.

I drew the walls in a CAD program lasered the mortar lines then using Dremel with an angled bit creating

the mortar lines.

I picked out a few stones and lasered out of 1/4" PB and glued them on to create the thick rock look. They are lettered

I like using a router with a 45 degree glue line to miter the edge, It makes a real easy way to glue the corners.

One wall lays down on the router table and the other wall stands next to router fence, Once set the walls go through without the need to adjust anything.

Great job as usual. Really like the depth you achieved on the stones, your color variation, and how you are attaching the walls. Looking forward to the final building. I feel like I learn something every time you do a new build…

Really cool technique!
