      Hi guys,

Here's an update. Been away for a bit, and I also had to wait for a few more coupler lift bar brackets from Precision Scale. The parts were here when we got back on Friday and this morning I soldered them on, followed by a few coats of paint:

Once the paint has cured for a few days I will add the lettering. I plan to use dry transfers from Clover House and CDS and they don't adhere well to fresh paint. After that a bit of weathering and it'll be finished.

      Cheers,

      Matt

      Hi all,

The rest of my lettering arrived today. She's done:

And yes, that's real fresh snow. It's been snowing here since September 8th, which is beginning to seem like a long time ago!

      Cheers,

      Matt

Well done Matt, Nice as it looks in the snow we would have accepted dry scenery.

      Matt,

I had to do a double take...I was looking for the model to compare to the prototype in the snow!  Great job!
