I’m playing with a UV Light and bonding agent in order to do some simple repairs on buildings including replacing the faded/colored clear plastic windows in my Piko buildings. Also bonding LED lights to the roof of my buildings with it. So far things seem to be really solid. Just checking if anyone else has experimented with this type of technique.

I have used it pretty much successfully, but found it will not bind certain plastics. Of course, you can’t tell by looking at them, they just come apart.

I haven’t used it as a glue but have used the clear UV setting resin for water and other wet effects on a diorama, worked wonderfully.

Just apply it and set in the sun for a few minutes, all done and gives a very real look.
