Good to see your creations again. I was wondering about you last night.

Winter is when I design, I've got 45+ projects waiting for printer time now.  I can't really paint in the house in winter so the next few weeks will see several projects move quickly.  I'm working on 6ish models right now that should be done this month

Alco 636 (Australian) is fresh off the printer

General steel caboose - ready for final paint and decals

Ortner Rapid discharge hopper - in primer today

D&H Idler gondola - ready for final paint and decals

Alco C855 (repainting and redoing the decals)

Bombardier CR-4000 - reworking motor blocks and trucks

Scale weight test car- reworking frame

I just ordered another 3d printer today

So Mark, do you have a "proper" web site somewhere?

Here's my issue: You make several things I think I want, but there's a lot of unanswered questions, that would normally be on a company website.

Facebook is pretty pictures and discussions scrolling off the screen, I cannot, as a customer, find what I want to know.

So, do you have an organized web site that gives:

      1. high resolution pictures of what I will deal with in terms of filling and painting?

      2. what chassis (if any) are tested / look right / are suggested for each model.

      3. Lighting provisions?

      4. How the shell will come on and off, actually pictures of the shell off the chassis?

For example I am very interested in the H-660 for Santa Fe.

With the availability of free web sites now, it is easy to make something up and I submit facebook is not the place since you cannot "navigate" anywhere except "back in time".

      Thanks, Greg

      (and yes I want a DL-109 too)

Badass loco and wouldn't mind one in my livery as well. Why > I don't know other than it was a damn good looking loco!

1 - the best camera i own is on my Iphone 6

2- I do not design for other manufactures chassis, only their motor blocks, in the case of the hh660 the aristo centercab motor blocks wheel spacing is the best, I do provide side frames if requested

3 - holes for led light bulbs are built into the model

4- the hh660 will get a tweak on the next order to make the top body and frame have aligning holes for easy assembly. the prototype I made in this thread I drilled holes to attach the body.

5 -adding a website before was too much work to maintain all the sites that I was updating, and the majority of my sales come from Facebook, then ebay, then the website

this video details how I put together the RS-1's and is typical for .2mm resolution that I'm now printing at

Thank you Mark, that video was extremely helpful. I was trying to gauge the amount of effort to finish the raw printed shell.

      Regards, Greg
