I am looking for a source to have a sheet of decals printed. Hopefully one with a reasonable price, with a reasonable turn around time, and reasonable quality.
I have a MS Word .doc with my sizes and layout, but the colors are off (black to white or gold).
Recommendations please.

I’ve had this building outside since March 07 and the lettering still looks great. The rectangle around the sign is also vinyl. He also provided the lettering and logo for my Port Orford Car.

Yep, Del’s done some stuff for me also, good guy to work with.
Jeff at Shawmut Carshops did my decals for me. He does very impressive work as well, and custom paint too. Plenty of period fonts, etc. Excellent to work with.
Stan did all mine. He is great. He will do anything you want. The decals he uses are very easy to work with.

Not to argue against the high quality decal work cited above, has anyone used a home printer method that will give acceptable results? I think I have heard of “decal paper” that will work with a lazer printer – the print is set on the computer and transfered to the decal paper.
Any insight?

I do all my own with inkjet decal paper. Laser printers are supposed to be better at it. I did all these and more-

Though it is possible to use white lettering using white decal paper and reverse printing, if I had many to do I would have them done professionally. My road name lettering on this overton was done using inkjet vinyl -

Brian would you care to share more on exactly how you print white lettering. I have blank wet transfer decal paper. Im sure the next step is to use white ink? what kind, where to get? What do you use? whats your process? thanks
All my lettering was made for me by Stan. Does nice work, if your going on a dark subject ask him to double print the decals. The single layer is a bit thin especially over black.

You use white decal paper then you print the black around the outline of the letters (reverse printing). The other option is to buy an Alps printer like Stan has.-Brian
