Large Scale Central

Page Not Found for Ad

I clicked on the RailBoss 4 ad on the https://www.largescalecentral.com/members/home page and received a “Page Not Found” for the link address of https://largescalecentral.com/adserver/www/delivery/www.GScaleGraphics.net in the new tab that was opened. In addition, there is a “Go Back” option on that page but it apparently does nothing.

I subsequently clicked on the Cedarleaf Custom Railroad Decals ad and it opened Stan’s site in a new tab without issue.

I’m using the Chrome browser if that makes any difference.

same here using both chrome and exploree

Working now. Perhaps Del had a glitch with his web provider.

Appears to be working now. When I reported this I was able to get to Del’s site by directly entering the www.GScaleGraphics.net that followed the adserv portion of the url without issue.

For what it’s worth, I was just reporting this because I wanted everybody to get their slice of ad revenues. I was going to go to G Scale Graphics later but since the link was presented on this site I clicked on it but it failed.

Looks like this was some kind of odd caching issue. It worked for me with Chrome, but not Firefox, until I cleared the cache on the ad server. Then it worked. Never had that happen before, but it looks like its working correctly now.

It might be back! (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-foot-in-mouth.gif)I just tried it with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Got the same message from all of them:

Page Not Found

The page you have attempted to access could not be found.

Go Back

Thanks for the concern with the link guys! I’m sure Bob will get it figured out.

Since Garden Railways pulled the plug, in addition to a banner ad here, I will now be advertising in the Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette.

By the way, I would like to welcome Del as an advertiser. Thanks for the support.
