Steam on the Snake River Ry Co

A friend of mine, Jens Bang, has given me permission to post his videos here.  His layout was published in GR back in 2006 or 7.

I saw several of the cars I customed painted back in 1993-95 pass by. That brings back memories of our 100 car freights pulled by 4 to 8 old Aristo diesels.

I wonder how long that reefer that was on the ground lasted before derailing the train. Jens would have loved to film that. He did it on purpose lots of times.

I've got quite a few old vids from 20+ years ago. Don't remember where I put them. I'll have to look.

I have a lot of photos around here somewhere from 2004? when four of us from Western Washington were invited to visit his layout.   I remember running my S.P. SD40T-2. Fantastic layout.  My next door neighbor sold him his USA Hudson.

I remember meeting Paul that year.  I think that was my first club meeting.  I was blown away!
