I don’t know if I mentioned these guys before or not. I had forgotten about them. But Model Motor Cars has a good selection of hardware and parts that would translate very well into our hobby. I just received an email about some bronze clevis they are making that are threaded for 00-90. I think they would be very useful.

Yes a while back they took over the hardware line I think from Scale Hardware. unfortunately some of the hardware line is no longer available like simulated square nuts and bolts.

They still list the simulated square bolts on their website. I was just happening to be looking at those.

It’s fairly easy to make your own square nuts…
I used a dremel to cut these 0-80 hex nuts to shape, then threaded them onto some rod I had. yes they have one size of simulated square head bolt, there used to be a wide assortment to chose from. they told me they were having trouble sourcing someone to make at a reasonable price. for now I will print my needs.

Ah, I see Al makes sense. It would be nice to see an even wider selection. I hadn’t noticed that they were only one size. i wasn’t looking that close.
